The pressure arm provides stable 3-point contact with the V-shaped clamp block.

Each mount includes 1 PRK1-A pressure arm.

Multiple threaded holes and counterbores on the clamp block offer various installation options.

Compatible with Ø12mm rods and platform-equipped adjustment mounts.

Technical Description

The V-shaped clamping mount is designed to hold cylindrical objects with diameters between Ø13.5mm and Ø42.0mm. Optical components are secured to the platform-equipped adjustment mount and V-shaped clamp block via nylon-tipped set screws (compatible with 2.0mm hex wrenches) on the PRK1-A pressure arm. (Each mount includes one pressure arm; additional arms can be purchased separately.)

The pressure arm is fixed to the rod using a flexible mechanism and locked with a 2.5mm hex wrench. When used alone, the PRK1-A can clamp optical components up to 53mm in height. The distance between the rod center and the nylon-tipped set screw center is 25mm at the first position and 35.5mm at the second position.

The V-shaped clamp block is equipped with 8 Ø6.1mm through holes and 1 Ø3.5mm through hole for direct installation onto optical platforms or rods. For additional clamping support, it also has 3 more M4 threaded holes (4 in total) for installing extra pressure arms.
