Technical Notes
A microscope objective is a key optical component in microscopes, mainly used to focus light onto the sample and magnify the image. It usually consists of multiple lenses with specific optical designs and parameters, enabling imaging at various magnifications and resolutions.

Barrel Marking Parameters

Low-magnification objectives have a larger clear aperture, providing brighter images and wider fields of view. High-magnification objectives offer significantly stronger magnification but narrower fields and lower brightness, requiring careful focusing to locate targets. The 20×–100× objectives in the MOP series must approach the slide closely for imaging, so they feature a spring mechanism at the tip to prevent crushing the slide.

Each objective comes with a storage case. When not in use, objectives can be stored neatly in the case for dust and moisture protection, ensuring better preservation.
