The MDFM-C microscopy fluorescence cube holds one filter cube inside. Male and female dovetails on the top and bottom mate with each other to enable stacking. The rear features SM1 threads and 440 tapped holes on a 30 mm grid.

Technical Notes
The MDFM-C microscopy fluorescence cube holds one filter cube. Top and bottom dovetails allow stacking. The rear has SM1 threads and 440 tapped holes on 30 mm centers, supporting custom optical paths with SM1 lens tubes and 30 mm cage systems for episcopic illumination microscopy.
The top and bottom dovetails match MCPD2 and MCPD2B. Mounting the MCPD2B dovetail adapter to the bottom connects 30 mm and 60 mm cage systems to the MDFM-C module.

Warning: Tighten optics gently; do not overtighten, as this may crack the optics!

Note: The insert may show visible machining marks; this is normal for new, unused units.
