The MCP series adapters integrate microscopy stages with SM1, SM2, 30 mm and 60 mm cage systems, enabling optical and threaded port mating. They are ideal for custom microscopy imaging setups, including wide-field observation, fluorescence cubes, and epi/trans-illumination accessories. They fit the trinocular ports of upright Nikon Eclipse, Thorlabs (MCP-D2, MCP-D2B) and select Olympus (MCP-D2- 1.8B) microscopes.

Technical Notes
The MCP series adapters integrate microscopy platforms with SM1, SM2, 30 mm and 60 mm cage systems, enabling optical and threaded port mating for custom imaging setups. They support wide-field imaging, fluorescence cubes, epiillumination and transillumination modules, and are compatible with trinocular ports on upright Nikon Eclipse, Thorlabs and select Olympus microscopes.
MCP-D2 and MCP-D2B are designed for wide-field observation, fluorescence cubes and epiillumination accessories. They mount directly to MCSM2- D2 dovetail adapters and MDFM-C fluorescence cube modules, and fit trinocular ports on Nikon Eclipse and Thorlabs microscopes.
MCP-D2-1.8B has a male dovetail compatible with MCP-D2B plus a Ø46.17 mm female dovetail, matching the male dovetails on Olympus wide-field modules and trinocular ports.
