Technical Description
(1) Integrates a high-precision stage, motorized focusing system, multi-axis motion controller and a full set of opto-mechanical components into a complete kit. The core of the system adopts the O’motion 4-axis (3+R) Motion Control System, which supports open-loop and semi-closed-loop control, providing users with a flexible operating experience from manual fine adjustment to fully automatic program control. It is an ideal microscopy operating platform for scientific research, industrial inspection and advanced education fields.

(2) The system is sold as a complete set, including all the mechanical and motorized components listed above, excluding optical platforms (breadboards) and the main optical components of microscopes (e.g., objectives, eyepieces, cameras, etc.). Users can match the corresponding optical components according to the specific microscopy type (upright/inverted). Out-of-the-box: All necessary hardware is provided as a complete set, eliminating the time-consuming complex model selection and integration process.

(3) The O’motion 4-axis (3+R) Motion Control System ranges from delicate handwheel fine-tuning to high-efficiency automatic program operation. Its standard interfaces and open communication protocols support functional expansion and personalized customization. In terms of control systems, the platform supports USB serial communication and is compatible with multiple operating systems including Windows, Linux, MacOS and Android. It adopts the standard ASCII O’motion communication protocol and is accompanied by complete development documents and sample programs, facilitating secondary development and system integration for users.

(4) The XY stage features a travel range of 80mm (X-axis) * 80mm (Y-axis). For standalone use, it needs to be matched with a 4-axis (3+R) control system or 2 × OSMC-1U single-axis stepping controllers. The Z-axis motorized focusing stage has a lifting travel of 15mm and requires an OSMC-1U single-axis stepping controller for standalone use.
