Technical Features

(1) The threaded design of the lens tube adapters allows connection between SM1 or SM2 male and female threaded components, such as tube-to-tube connections, tube-to-cage plate connections, tube-to-camera connections, etc.

(2) Each CSM series adapter is supplied with one lock ring, which secures the attached components after adjustment, thereby limiting the external thread engagement depth of any SM1/SM2 threaded component. It enables optimization of the position and angle of components attached to others when your two components have a preferred relative orientation.

(3) SM1-SM2B and SM2-SM1B are not equipped with lock rings, and their thin and short thread lengths make them ideal for compact tube connection assemblies with slender tube bodies.
