This is an SM2-threaded cage cube cover for use with the CSL60-M2 cage cube. It is mounted and secured to the exterior of the cube via four countersunk holes using four M4 cap screws. A lighttight environment inside the cube can be achieved using the CSL-P2 cage dust cap.
Technical Description
(1) This is an SM2-threaded cage cube cover designed for use with the CSL60-M2 cage cube. It is attached to the outside of the cube via four countersunk holes using four M4 cap screws. A light-tight environment inside the cube can be provided with the CSL-P2 cage dust cap.
(2) The cover is equipped with SM2 (2.035″-40) internal threads, allowing SM2-threaded components to be connected to the top or bottom of the cube. It can also be used with the CSM2-1 sleeve adapter to convert from SM2 to SM1 sleeves.
(3) Four Ø6 mm through holes are machined on both faces for mounting M6 cage rods. The through-hole design allows the end plate to slide along the cage rods, after which it is locked securely with the included M3 clamping screws. The cage rods are then fastened to the cube for full compatibility with cage systems.
