Technical Description
The rod clamp is a common component for Ø25mm rods, providing a rigid mounting surface. These mounting clamps can be used to fix various of our optomechanical mounts. Vertical positioning is achieved by sliding the rear clamping base along the Ø25mm rod, and its flexible mechanism locks the rod position when the M6 cap screw is tightened.

The quick-release handle is used for quick installation and disassembly of the clamp on the rod. Using this quick-release handle allows direct rotation for installation without the need for wrenches, reducing the time required for basic setup and alignment to quickly fix the clamp. The internal ratchet mechanism prevents the handle from driving the bolt during the return stroke; simply pull the handle outward to disengage it from the mounting stud, then rotate it to a more convenient position for operation.

The M4 threaded holes on the front of the rod clamp facilitate direct installation of cage holders for 30mm or 60mm cage system components. Insert two parallel cage rods into the holder, and by tightening the clamp, the cage rods can support the entire cage structure. In addition, a size adapter plate can be installed on the front panel; the combined design of this clamp and adapter plate can be used to mount many different optomechanical components.
