Oeabt mating sleeves accurately align fiber cores at the end of connected fibers and greatly reduce back-reflection via physical optical contact (except SMA sleeves, which are air-spaced). AD series fiber mating sleeves feature precise core alignment, high repeatability, high return loss, and low insertion loss.

Technical Description

1. Oeabt mating sleeves precisely align fiber cores at fiber ends and minimize backreflection through physical optical contact (except SMA sleeves, which use air spacing). AD series fiber mating sleeves deliver accurate core alignment, high repeatability, high return loss, and low insertion loss.

1. Flatfaced FC/PC connectors have significantly lower alignment sensitivity than angled FC/APC connectors. Therefore, AD-PC series widekeyway mating sleeves work with both narrowkey and widekey FC/PC connectors. AD-APC series narrowkeyway sleeves provide precise alignment for angled narrowkey FC/APC connectors.

1. Both ends of AD-PC and AD-APC series mating sleeves are equipped with rubber caps for dust protection and storage when not in use.
2. SMA fiber sleeve mounts use an airgap structure. Each SMASMA port includes a metal sleeve for SMA905 connectors. Concentricity of mated fibers is within 0.005 mm. Metal end caps are provided for dust protection when idle.
3. Integrated 1port, 2port, and 4port versions are available. The Lshaped mounting bracket has 1 or 2 through holes, allowing easy installation to posts, optical tables, or breadboards using the included M6 studs.
