Technical Description
(1) The CR-BASE-V series mounts are integrated mounts specially designed for installing low-drift series Ø1 inch or Ø25mm posts. All clamping blocks are made of stress-relieved heat-treated stainless steel. Their flat, gap-free top and bottom design allows flexible mounting on either side of the optical table.

(2) Compared with the fork-type clamping block design, the gap-free clamping block eliminates the gap issue associated with fork-type designs. Fork-type clamping blocks are typically used to clamp base-mounted posts or post holders, but they lift the table section upwards with each use, creating a gap that may cause minor damage to the table. The flat top and bottom of the gap-free clamping block resolves this gap problem caused by fork-type clamping blocks.


(3) The flexible clamp is actuated by a side M6 cap screw, allowing 360° rotational adjustment of the post around the center for flexible positioning. The flexible clamp and mounting slot are secured by separate screws, enabling independent adjustment of the clamping block position and post rotation to meet diverse installation requirements.
